Group Description
Students for Social Change is a club of students fighting for social change through the outlets of politics, civics, community, education, and student advocacy.
Here at Students for Social Change, we recognize the power of youth activism. From the civil rights movement to the passing of the 26th Amendment, students have always been at the forefront of social progress. We hope to continue that legacy by empowering Generation Z to raise their voices for positive change.
We believe that lasting change comes only through direct action. That’s why chapters of Students for Social Change across America have organized school walkouts, held community marches (such as March for Our Lives) and rallies (such as the Families Belong Together Rally), and met with representatives.
