The California Democratic Party Bylaws (Article VI) provide that an Assembly District Election Meetings (ADEMS) be held in each of the 22 CDP Regions in February of each odd-numbered year to elect 7 “self-identified female” and 7 “other than self-identified female” to be Assembly District Delegates (ADDs) to represent the Assembly District they are registered in. These elections are open to all California Democrats. The ADEM 2025 will be held on Feb 22-23, and online voting registration was extended to 12pm on Jan 31, 2025.
You can register and vote in person on Feb 22-23 if you miss online voting registration deadline. You can vote at any location, but the convener has only their district candidate info.

- Diversity, Inclusion and Equity in delegates and elected officials
